Great experience at this candlewood suites. They welcomed me arriving late at 2 am and were ready with extra sheets and towels. The room was immaculate and spacious and well equipped. It looked brand new. The morning staff were also friendly and they gave us late checkout because we arrived so late.
I can’t say enough good things about staying here. This is my second time in about 2 years apart . The rooms are so nice and comfortable . Super clean. I mean spotless. Staff and management are amazing . Accommodating and friendly . Pet friendly . my cats are so comfortable and they even ask about them. If you need clean and like the feeling of apartment like and not just a room this is your place ! Thank you Candlewood suites for my visit.
They are wonderful here! And extremely pet friendly! The staff all were polite and helpful and the beds and pillows were amazing! The king suite was like a small apt. The kitchen and living room were open and the bedroom was separate and bathroom as well. They offer free 24 hour laundry which is very convenient and the layout was easily accessible from every side of the hotel with an entrance and elevator accessible.
The suite was perfect. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable that I actually fell asleep and stayed asleep for more than 4 hours and that is rare. The staff were so helpful when I had an issue getting our door open. They even came up to make sure our issue was fixed. The little area to get coffee and all kinds of snacks and meals is a very good idea.
Hotel sits off from the road it's Nice and clean.free laundry also..mini fridge wasn't working properly it wasn't cold at all.breakfast choices was awful ..but I Paid great price for 4 days. food store (inside the hotel )prices are too expensive it is very overpriced.I didn't like the luggage carts very small.I didn't like the parking lot in the back it was very dark near a wooded area.Hotel not far from restaurants and shopping area .ice maker (refrigerator) made loud noise.But other them that I would recommend.very quiet hotel .(besides the ice maker )
Everyone on the staff is super helpful with local information and addressing any concerns. The washing machines and dryers are especially nice when your stay is extended as mine has been on several occasions. The GM Monica hires the right people to keep the place running smoothly! Thanks for a great stay each time!
This is a great place to stay. Staff was awesome, (Katie, Racheal) and really took care of their guests. Rooms were packed with amenities and clean and comfortable. It was as close to being home as you can get.
